Driving directions: From Nimes airport, take the motorway towards Arles. Take Exit Number 7 for Beaucaire, Tarascon and Avignon. Carry on towards Avignon until Quartier Mon Plaisir.

Arles itself is easily explored on foot. A car is the best way to explore the surrounding countryside.
