Not my favorite place (although I met great fellow travellers there). First off, they told me there were no beds in the dormitory and put me in a more expensive single room, but it turns out that there were plenty of empty beds. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt of perhaps not wanting to put a single woman in a room with two men for moral reasons.

But whatever you do, DO NOT book a tour through them. The itinerary they told us was completely different from what we got, and we had to fight their company tooth and nail to get what we'd paid for. In every city, something got majorly messed up (they tried to scrap whole days or half days from our itinerary several times during the 1-week trip), and the guys in each city tried to blame the guys in another town and pass the buck. If we hadn't been so persistent in telling them we wouldn't settle for less, we wouldn't have gotten half of what we had paid for.
