bit of a start problem , i had booked a deluxe lake view room and airport pickup .took over an hour for driver to arrive ..but this was the start of the lunar new year and on my way to the hotel realised what the driver had to put up with on the roads . was given a small room overlooking roofs ,so i complained to manager ,who moved me into large penthouse room with a better view (you might of seen the lake 10 years ago ), but on waking up in the morning alas with all the rain during the night the roof was leaking into my room ....moved again into an even better room with two huge double beds ,yes this was it , a great room .
The hotel is about 3 mins walk from the lake and so central a good location, the breakfasts were very good and the staff and reception could not be more helpful .
So in all a funny start ,but overall a nice hotel that i would recommend .
