We are a small friendly hostel and we hope we can help you to feel at home here.

Besides that I and my hospitable staff offer you unconventional programs in the spirit of spontaneity.

I and my hospitable staff offer you unconventional programs in the spirit of spontaneity. We treat tourism with a kind of naturalism; If you are at a loss how to spend your time in our capital, we offer you our help to find Your OWN Budapest; no matter how short you stay in town.

Our earliest check-in time is 9.00 in the morning and the latest check-out time is 10.00 o'clock.

The hostel is located in the 6th district which is said to be the cultural and trade area of the city-center. Among others you can find here the famous Andrássy Street, the House of Opera, the House of Terror, the University of Fine Art and right in our neighbourhood the Academy of Music.

The hostel has a homely and friendly atmosphere with plants and colourful, harmonious pictures on the walls.

In case of bad weather, our special dvd-collection (classics, art-films, main-stream) may be a possible alternative to entertain you – not to get sunk into boredom.

Our FREE facilities:

• bed linen and towel

• internet, wifi

• coffee, tea, sugar, salt

• Special dvd-collection: art-films, main-stream, classics in English and other languages

• Friendly lounge room with a special world of blue whales.

• Individual rooms with special design and plants in it.

(Hooligans and roister-doisters are not welcome!)

We have also a double room, which is a small room, opening from the kitchen with a big double bed, a colour TV and a cupboard for your clothes. Despite that we have 4 and 6 bedded dormitory rooms.

The Activity hostel is a non-smoking hostel, it has 2 toilets and 1 bathrooms.

The public transport system is really good so that you can easily find everything near at hand.

You can find the hostel on the famous ring road Teréz krt. 4. The ring code is 42.

Coming from:

Keleti Railway Station:

- Take the red line metro (M2) toward Deli pu. and travel till Blaha Lujza square (1st stop).

- There you can get on to the tram no 4 or 6 (toward Széll Kálmán square /both no 4 or 6/) and get out at Király u. stop (2nd stop).

The airport: (it is about 40 - 50 minutes)

- Take the airport bus (Repter Bus Nr 200) which takes you to Kõbánya Kispest metro station, then switch to the blue metro (M3) for 7 stops to Corvin negyed.

- There you can get on to the tram no 4 or 6 (toward Széll Kálmán square /both no 4 or 6/) and get out at Király u. stop (5th stop)

Nyugati Railway Station:

- Take the tram (no 4 or 6) toward Fehervari ut (no 4) or Moricz Zsigmond square (no 6) and get out at Király u. (2nd stop). (It is about 10 minutes)

Deli Railway Station:

- Take the red line metro (M2) and travel till Blaha Lujza square (6th stop). There you can get on to the tram no 4 or 6 (toward Széll Kálmán square /both no 4 or 6/) and get out at Király u. stop (2nd stop).

Népliget international bus station:

- Take the blue line metro (M3) toward Úpest-központ and travel till Corvin negyed. There you can get on to the tram no 4 or 6 (toward Széll Kálmán square /both no 4 or 6/) and get out at Király u. stop (5th stop).
