Driving on the highway A4 exit at Peschiera del Garda and then follow directions to Lazise.

By train: the closest train station is Peschiera del Garda and from here you can take any bus to Lazise or a taxi for abut 15-20 Euros.

If you arrive by plane, from Verona International Airport a taxi to Lazise is about 15 Euros per person (ask the hotel reception to arrange one for you before arrival).
