The new Damià Bonet Residence Hall opened this year in collaboration with the University of Valencia. The residence hall is located in the Campus dels Tarongers and has 300 places.

The residence hall, open all year around, has rooms suitable for individual and group stays.

The Damià Bonet Residence Hall also has several common areas for promoting the students’ social and academic life, as well as all the services needed to make university life much easier.

Common areas

• Wide and luminous study rooms, noise-free and thoroughly prepared with worktables, chairs and blackboards.

• A leisure room created for resting and for the residents’ social relations and entertainment pursuits. These multifunctional areas have comfortable sofas and pouffes, TV, DVD, Wi-Fi, billiards, etc.

• Projections room with projector and screen for 60 people.

• Fitness room.

• Self-service launderette.

A wider range of services

• Wi-Fi Internet connection in all the common areas in the residence hall.

• Management and reception service. There will always be someone at reception to help you.

• Maintenance service. If anything breaks down, call us and we shall solve this as soon as possible.

• Security service.

• Lending service. Laptops, irons, ironing boards, vacuum cleaners and board games. If you leave your ID at reception, we shall lend you these articles, so you do not have to bring anything from home and it does not take up room space.

• Vending service. Food and drink vending machines.

The Damià Bonet Residence Hall offers 251 single studios, and 20 double studios. All of them noted for their high level of comfort and privacy right in the middle of a multifunctional space that includes a break room, a private bathroom, air-conditioning, a telephone, a magnetic card lock and Internet connection.

How to get to the Damià Bonet Residence Hall?

1. By underground from the airport.

At the Aeroport station, take line 5 (in the direction of Marítim) and at the last stop, change to line 6 (in the direction of Tossal del Rei) and get off at Tarongers (stops off at the university campus).

The residence hall is very near the underground. Once you leave the station, cross the Av. dels Tarongers until you reach Professor Ernest Lluch Street, and at the end of this you will find Serpis Street, which is where the residence hall is at number 27.

2. - By bus: Valencia has a very wide bus network. There are several lines that pass very near the residence hall (9, 17, 29, 30, 31, 40, 41, 71, 81, and 82).
