A small friendly hostel situated in the heart of town, less than a minute from coach drop off, local shops and bars but around the right corners to be nice and quiet.

Please note we have a minimum 2 night stay and a maximum 7 night stay policy. The placing of the multiple bookings to surpass the 7 night maximum stay policy will not be accepted and no refund will be made from HostelBookers for any deposit paid.

GUEST ARRIVALS ARE BETWEEN Noon and 19:30. Due to the nature of our building access is not possible after 19:30 and therefore late arrivals can not be accommodated.

We aim to be a home for travelers rather than a large corporate business just out for money.

Approached by bridge over a babbling brook, we offer a very friendly and comfortable atmosphere with excellent communal facilities including free tea and coffee as well as the latest video and DVD titles and free internet (including wireless for those traveling with laptops). There is also free breakfast offering several cereals and toast.

Accommodation is in spacious dorms with three-four bed dorms and one-six bed dorms. One of the four bed dorms is specifically for female guests.

Beds come fully prepared with linen, duvet and towels, with no hidden costs. During winter, all rooms are heated and each guest is provided with a hot water bottle and additional fleece throw and Cocco the dog will often welcome you home.

A sun trap garden offers a great area for BBQ's, reading, chatting or just topping up on that tan.

Our staff are knowledgeable in all Queenstown has to offer and will happily help you work out an itinerary of activities. We also offer Internet and Laundry facilities as well as Luggage and ski storage for guests.

Office Hours: From 9:30 to 19:30. Arrivals must be between the hours of 12:00 until 19:30.

Please note, as with most hostels, there is a 48-cancellation policy. Cancellation within 24 hours attracts a charge equal to that of the first two nights of stay for the booking (Due to the two night minimum rule). All subsequent days booked are canceled with no charge.

Situated 60 seconds from the main coach drop of points. Follow Camp Street to the Famous 'Red Rock Bar' and turn right on to Memorial Street. We are 20 meters further on the right hand side opposite the rugby ground.
