We are offering our 404 Ibiza East Ortigas Mansions, fully furnished 48 sq.m. condo unit

for all to enjoy. You may choose any of the 2 bedrooms, one family room and one room with a double bed. We can add beddings for additional guests at no extra costs. Sleep in a tranquil environment, swim or enjoy the clubhouse facilities or explore the city, accessible just a short walk away from the complex.

East Ortigas Mansions welcomes singles, couples and small families - everyone can enjoy

the varied offerings of our condo complex, city life and nearby environment.

Guests can just hang out and chill in our living area with TV and DVD. Whip out their

favorite dish in our kitchen or just order tasty and affordable food for delivery from the

restaurant downstairs.

A few steps down and the big lap pool and kiddie pool await the swimmers. Not up for a

swim? Grab a book or bring your laptop (free wi-fi access) to the clubhouse or chat with

friendly people around. Dare someone for a quick table tennis game or billiards at the

second floor. Grill your meat or vegetables at the next floor.

A few steps up the unit is where you will find basketball players – even if you are alone

there is always a group to join. If tennis is your game, schedule one at the nearby tennis

court. Calming alternative activities include welcoming the morning sun or waiting for dusk and the night lights at the view deck nearby.

East Ortigas Mansions has 2 private rooms (a family room and a room with a double bed), both air-conditioned with dresser cabinets.

The family room has a queen bed and a sofa bed (double bed, if guests prefer to put it in) and can accommodate extra guests with no additional cost for extra beddings, just inform us prior to your stay. The smaller room has a double bed for 2 persons. Both room share a toilet and bath.

Bed sheets and linens are provided, with extras for longer staying guests.

From the NAIA (Ninoy Aquino International Airport): Taxis are available for $15 up (or its peso equivalent). Private shuttles are more expensive starting at $30. Mention the final destination as Pasig City, along Ortigas Avenue Ext., just before Ever Gotesco Mall and after the Super 8 Grocery Warehouse. A long bus ride can take you from the

airport to the main road, Ortigas Avenue Extension, leading to the property by another bus ride, costing $2 for both rides but it can take up more than 2 hours.

By train from the airport: You still have to take a bus from the airport going to the MRT,

EDSA station. Take the MRT and go down at Ortigas Station. The bus and MRT ride at the

moment cost less than $1. Then take the G Liner or RRCG bus going to Ortigas Avenue

Extension at the side of the Robinson's Galleria Mall and get off at East Ortigas Mansions

main gate. Walk to the Ibiza Building where the property is located at the 4th floor.

We can pick you up with our private van rental for $18 for up to 7 passengers, just inform us prior to your stay.
