Talkoo Beach Resort, Nakhon Sri Thammarat, Thaïlande

This resort is about halfway down the Nah Daan Beach Road, with 42 newly built bungalows around landscaped gardens just off the beach, a swimming pool, and a covered restaurant with a beachside verandah.

With the recent development of the resort, the place does have a 'new' feel, which should mellow once the gardens mature a little. The bungalows are pleasant enough and are a bit different than some of the usual styles seen around Thailand, but again they might benefit from aging a little and becoming a bit weathered.

The district is located in the north of the province. To the west is Surat Thani Province, while to the north and east is the Gulf of Thailand. Neighboring districts are (from the south clockwise) Sichon of Nakhon Si Thammarat and Don Sak of Surat Thani.
