Très bon rapport qualité/prix . Nous avons été conduit à un autre bâtiment tout près de chez le propriétaire, du coup on était plus proche de Fira, 15 mn à pied. Le couple est vraiment gentil, Stavros nous a conduit au ferry le dernier jour.

Stavros Villas is situated in Karterados, a traditional village on the outskirts of Fira, the islands capital. The Villas offers its guests traditional Greek hospitality within modern comforts for an unforgettable holiday on Santorini. Stavros Villas are located at the suburbs of the capital, walking distance from the centre, few minutes away from the beach of Karterados.
Consisting of 12 rooms with private balconies looking out over the Aegean Sea and sunrise each room has a private bathroom, fridge, cooker, television, air conditioning and a safe.Stavros Villas has a great swimming pool and sunbeds with umbrellas around it.
Next to the reception is the breakfast and lounge area also with television.
Island excursions and car or moped rental can be arranged and there is also a laundry service available.Rooms are cleaned daily and there is hot water available 24 hours.At Stavros Villas we offer a friendly, and relaxed atmosphere. Our staff will be happy to provide you with tourist information on Santorini and its surrounding areas.
Transfers to and from the port and airport are available.Please contact us before your arrival to arrange this.

We are three Canadian seniors who stayed at Stavros Villa for 2 nights on our recent visit to Santorini.
.We can only speak highly of the accomodation...we were picked up from the port,Mr Stavros drove us to the airport when we left.
The accomodation is near restaurants,car rental agency,has a computer available for guests and has a swimming pool.
Oh yes plenty of hot water too.
It is family run and we highly recommend the Stavros Villas.

Stavros Villas is great for a budget accommodation. Its not fancy but it's all you need. Its only a 15 minute walk into Fira along a flat road and because its not right in town its nice and quiet. If you don't want to walk there are buses on the main road to all the major places anyway. The pool area is nice to relax in. As soon as we booked we got an email asking for our arrival details to pick us up from the airport and Stavros was there waiting when we arrived. He also took us to the port when we departed. The rooms aren't fantastic. One of the pillows on our first night was really hard and uncomfortable but it was replaced with no fuss when we asked. All in all its basic but comfortable and very friendly.

We had such great time with this nice and friendly family from Stavros Villas of Santorini. We came over with our 3 kids and felt welcomed right away. A nice family runs the place and wants each and every one of their customers to be fully satisfied... it works,,, we are !!!

Stavros picked us up from the port and took us to the hotel. Then he drove us to a cash machine. He can organise trips from his office. He gives you free frappees! He is a really nice man. The hotel is lovely, big, clean rooms, with a fridge. There is a lovely pool to end the day. Absolutely great value!
