Termini Accommodation is a family run place, set in a late 18th century building conveniently situated in the Rome\'s central area.

This truly is a remarkable location and all inner Rome is easily accessible and even most of the sightseeing attractions are reachable on foot. As it is literally in front of Rome\'s main train station Termini, Fiumicino and Ciampino airports can be reached in a 40 minute train ride.

There are rooms with shared bathrooms, TV, air conditioning/central heating and anItalian breakfast is included in the price!

There are TWO rooms and One bathroom to share ....

Please inform us about arrival time after booking.

Starting from the 1 January 2011, Rome City Council will ask for an overnight accomodation tax which is �2.00 per night (10 nights maximum) per person. This fee is not included in the rates shown and will be added to the balance upon arrival.

Cash only accpeted as payment upon arrival

Cancellation Policy: 2 days; late cancellations and no shows will be charged the amount of the first night.

Not much signage so be 100% certain where the hotel is prior to arrival. When we arrived, they re-directed us to a sister hotel a few blocks away. It seemed like a hassle at the time but we got a better room because of it so we didn't complain. We ended up with a private bathroom, which was appreciated because it was so hot in Rome that we took several showers a day. There was also decent airconditioning. There is an additional city tax not included in the rate of 2 euros per person per day, so be prepared when you pay in cash upon arrival. The breakfast included was a voucher for a cafe down the road where you got a pastry & some juice. It was sufficient for a light breakfast. The location was a 3 minute walk from Termini Station which was excellent! And there was an elevator in the hotel building. It was the only time we found one in our budget accommodation all over Europe. Overall a pleasant stay.
