In the heart of the medina, impossible to find without asking directions of shopowners, there is a door in a dark deadend alley. Behind that door, you will find a wonderful 19th century house! We arrived after midnight, but got a hearty welcome by the housekeeper, a moroccon woman in her fifties, who speaks well French.

Located in a very sketchy alley way with a dead end. Was extremely hard to find, because in this part of the medina, streets are not labeled with names, and there are thin and dark corridors leading to the hostel. The door to the hostel is small and only has the house number, no hostel name or nothing.
Owner is a nice lady if you speak French, but if you don't, she can come off as a bit hostile and nervous, but then she becomes nice.
Very nice room for Morocco, comfortable beds, A/C, nice Moroccan decor, and decent bathrooms.
