Honestly, I won't recommend this hostel to you. the facility is really bad. No concierge, although it is kinda safe in HK. No lotion and shampoo available, I dun think the one they provided can be used unless u wanna a worse hair and skin quality. the wi-fi is only available in corridor, which is really inconvenient, as they have rooms in another building and this means you have to go to the building to use the internet.
nevertheless, the location is really good. If you are arriving late at night, it is good transition for a good night and move out directly to other hostel, which is what i did.

Bare basics and adequate. The location is perfect, close to modern shopping, Victoria Park and metro. Causeway Bay is a great location to stay, not a tourist ghetto like Tsim Sha Tsui but extremely easy to get where ever you want in Hong Kong. The facilities were okay, I and a friend rented a double room in the 55 Paterson Street building not the building the front desk and hostel is located in. The room was adequately clean and doable. Typical hard Asian bed, a TV in room, hot water and good pressure, but WiFi worked about 2 of 4 days spent there. Many times the WiFi only worked for 20 minutes at time. Under the same travel conditions I was in, I would stay at this place again.

When arrived at about 15:30 at the hostel, the staff looked surprise and mumble-- another unexpected guests checking in, we were asked to wait or coming back at 18:00, because the room not ready? We were tired and sit there to wait until we got one at about 17:30. I think they had made overbooking and allowing walk-in guests to extend they stay without proper arrangement for pre-booking guests.

Overall, We had no other problems and complains to make, I wish they can improve with the pre-booking guests services.

difficult to find, but unexpectedly clean for HK!
microwave, hot water and some knives and forks for the kitchen.
wifi in the entrance.
rooms are in an apartment, so it feels more at home than in an hostel.
