Apartment recently made new with small living room, small kitchen and upper loft. Double room with a queen size bed or 2 single beds with bathroom and shower. Completely furnished, with laundry and appliances. Also furnished with heating or/and air conditioning. Possibility of having 2 to 4 beds. Facing onto the private courtyard, it is very silent.

The suite inside La Serenaia is extremely spacious and offers free Wi-Fi, a kitchenette, and a private entrance. It is located on the ground floor and features a patio and a living area with sofa bed.

The suite overlooks a peaceful internal garden, where breakfast is served during spring and summer. During winter it is served in the owner's living room
