Kavousi Villa, Rethymno, Grèce

Village Kavousi is a very small, peaceful, rarely visited village at the center of Rethymno county at the middle of Crete (35 minutes drive from Rethymno town).

It is located at a hillside viewing a wide horizon of small valleys, hills and Cretes highest peak: Psiloritis. If you wish to avoid the common touristic resorts, this is a place you will enjoy all around the year.

The Villa has an uphill position within the village. It is suitable for up to ten persons: five bedrooms (double beds), living room, dining room, 4 bathrooms and 2 W.C., kitchen, swimming pool, garden, parking, BBQ

This is the first year this villa is rented (2012). Its a kind of 'beta testing', so our prices are really low.

extra charges:

cleaning (done once every three days) : 10euro/day

heating (radiator) : 10euro/day

heating (fire place) : 10euro/day

for every extra person (6th to 10th) : 10euro/day per extra person

swiming pool is not available from 1st of October until 31st of May
