Beautifull home, 8 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, kitchen living and dinning areas, sorrounded by gardens and partial ocean views. Ready for our summer season, accomodates up to 12 guests.The house is located in a neighborhood near several Universities, ( Santa Maria, Adolfo Ibañez, Viña del Mar, Del Mar) near the beach and the Portales cove . Only few minutes from downtown Viña, though we are the first hill of Valparaiso. We are surrounded with nature and partial ocean views. The environment is peaceful, it is a pleasing place to relax as we are hidden, but in the middle of the city. There are several neighborhood shops that satisfy the daily needs,ready meals and good transportatios across the Plaza that is to half block from the house. We have capacity for 12 guests, ideally one group acquaintances, but also can be individual or small groups.We also offer Spanish Lessons, ask in reception please!Please Note:Cancellation Policy: 72 hours.
