Hotelboot Zwaan (Swan) is a warm and friendly boat. We,Captain Ilja and Marije, put all our afford in making you feel at home. Your room will be comfortable with private bathroom. After a day of visiting Amsterdam you can relax on the sundeck and enjoy the beautiful view. Or have a beer or a nice glass of wine with your friend(s) in the lounge. Every day of the week we will make you a Sunday breakfast, with pancakes or other sweet surprises.

Hotelboot Zwaan has 7 private cabins with private bathrooms.

Seven cabins with private hot shower and toilet, all with opening portholes:

2x Double-room, 2/3 p with double bed plus single bed, (third person extra charge)

2x Triple-room) 2/3 p with 3 single beds (one bunk).

2x Twins-room,( 2 BEDS PRIVATE) 2 persons, two separate beds.

1 Lovers Nest,(see: Deluxe double ocean view) tastefully furnished, small double bed, amazingly spacious for a 7m2 cabin! That's why we are proud to mention:

Warm nights on the ZWAAN in the 'LOVERS NEST' In the very separate front of the ship you will find the 'The Lovers Nest'. A cosy warm decorated cabin. Small double bed. hot shower/toilet, wide view through 4 portholes. The Lovers Nest is a separate cabin in the front of the ship (please be aware of steep stairs) with own entrance.

On foot from the 'Centraal Station' - at centre side - little more than 10 minutes, 1/2 mile - , Go left along the station building at your left hand, continue direction BIBLIOTHEEK'(library) and 'NEMO'(science center).Follow the foothpath/cyclepath along the floating chinese restaurant, the library and cross the long steel bowed bridge towards the museum NEMO (very GREEN building) After 250 meters you will find the ZWAAN at 'steiger 5'. In doubt? Ask for NEMO.

By Taxi from Central Station: take a taxi at a fixed € 7,50.

Car:(see also Parking Solutions!) The ZWAAN is situated close to the junction “IJtunnel' centre side,at the 'Prins Hendrikkade' Out after the tunnel go right (dir. 'Centraal Station') after 100 mtrs sharp to the right (b e f o r e the bridge)and down to the harbour where you find the ZWAAN. Only to unload Warning Parking is expensive at the Oosterdok and the whole city centre, it costs you €5,= per hour from 09:00 to 24:00.

Very nice PARK 'N RIDE OFFER- CHEAP parking around the centre: P+R. € 8,= per day/ 4 days max. included up to 5 TICKETS for tram/subway/bus into the city centre.
