Walking into the apartment on the first floor leads you through the entrance of this extraordinary apartment. With dark wooden floors throughout, to the left is the fully equipped kitchen. Such appliances in the kitchen that will make preparing food a pleasure is a fridge, microwave, cooking utensils. Once the meal is ready, sit around the dining table with seating for 6 and eat in the dining area.

With brand new tiles and fixtures is the bathroom with toilet and separate shower. It is very large and provides all with privacy. Towels will be provided.

The living room is an oasis of peace and relaxation. Sit on the L-shaped couch to watch cable TV on the flat screen with your loved ones which also turns into a double bed for two guests. Many picture frames on the wall that hang adds to the beauty of the decor.

Please note that there is no access to the garden. In the apartment is not possible to smoke in the case of it the damage deposit will be charged.
