City View Apartment, Amsterdam, Pays-Bas

City View apartment is spacious and can accommodate up to 8 guests in total. This magnificent newly decorated apartment is located in the heart of Amsterdam. The apartment overlooks the city and provides you a view of Amsterdam like you’ve never seen it before.

The apartment has one open space bedroom with three double beds which can turn into single beds and two comfortable sofa beds. Bed sheets and blankets will be provided.

Connected to the living room is the dining area. It has a dining table for a large group wanting to enjoy a meal together using the cooking utensils provided.

Chill out in the living area which has two sofa beds and a flat screen television for your entertainment.

Separately is the bathroom which has a toilet, a sink and a shower area (with no bathtub). Towels will be provided.

Located in Nieuwezijds Voorburgwal which is the street parallel to the Damrak, it is a 5 minute walk away from Amsterdam Central Station and 5 minutes walking distance to the Historical Dam Square.

Internet access in the all apartment.

Cleaning fee: 40 Euros

There is a security (damage/key) deposit of Euro 250 refundable on departure. This deposit will be refund by Bank Transfer or Pay Pal account. Cash refund is available under the condition of extra 30 euros payment at check in.

Please note the following conditions:

-Late check-in from 6pm-10pm is 25 Euro, check-in after 10pm is 50 Euro.

-Early check in from 10 am - 3 pm is 30 Euro. (Only in cases where there is no guests checking-out the same day).

-Late check-out after 12 is 50 Euro. (In cases where nobody is coming to the apartment same day).

In the case that a check-out is before 9:00, the security deposit will be returned via PayPal or Bank transfer once the apartment is inspected.
