POLITICS OF CANCELLATION:
The client has the right to cancel his/her own booking without any debit up to 7 days before his/her arrival to the B&B. If the client communicates the cancellation between 7 and 1 days before the expectation arrival you/he/she will have to pay the anticipated whole price for the first night of stay.. If the guest doesn't arrive and doesn't communicate the cancellation by fax or e-mail Within 7 Days you/he/she will have to pay the 100% of the anticipated whole price for the whole stay.

Directions

By car:

The structure is easily reachable from any point of the Grande Raccordo Anulare, connected to all main highways; follow the indications to Roma centro and then to Termini station. Via Napoleone III is located between via Principe Amedeo and Via Carlo Alberto.

By train:

The structure is 100 metres from the Termini railway station. Take the exit on the left, turn left onto via Giolitti and then right onto via Gioberti; after 150 metres turn left onto Via Napoleone III.

By airplane:

The Roma Fiumicino airport is connected to the city by highway or by a local train service, called Leonardo Express, leaving every 30 minutes to Termini station.
The Roma Ciampino airport is just a few bus stops from underground line A terminus Anagnina. The ride to Termini takes about 20 minutes.
