We only stayed two nights at the E and S house, but that was quite enough! Contrary to what the website says, it is not closely located near the Termini station (the closest subway is about 7 minutes from the bed and breakfast). When we arrived after a long walk, the unfriendly housekeeper showed us the room. The room looks fine at a first glance, but appeared dusty and had a dirty ground. The mattresses on the beds are like thinner than the pillows, which caused me an awful back pain in the morning. Also the bathroom and kitchen looked like they hadn’t been cleaned since the fall of the Roman empire, we even found a cockroach at the side of the bath (alive!). Oh, and if you leave the flat, make sure that you know how to open the door. Even a burglar would have a tuff time opening the lock. You might think we are little harsh, but that’s absolutely not the case. We recommend you to read our other reviews of the excellent stays at Williams Flat (Rome), Sogiorno Di Madrid (Florence) and Santu Spiritu (Arezzo).

We had to stand outside for over a hour as the guy was late. When we entered the place he had not cleaned up or changed any of the linen from the previous people who stayed in the room so it was really gross to see how the previous people lived in it. It is really in a horrible area of Rome and far from most sites.
