The apartment is located in the area of 'Piramide Cestia' in front of the railway station 'Ostiense' that is directly connected with the International Airport of Rome Fiumicino, called 'Leonardo da Vinci'.
Just few steps from the area of Testaccio, the apartment is well connected with the town by several busses. To give you an idea of the location, there are only 2 stops to arrive to Saint Peter Basilica and Vatican Museum.
The apartment was restored in 1995, as private apartment of the owner and you will have all comforts that a family needs of. In this apartment, you will live as in your home.
The apartment is situated at the first floor of a building equipped with an elevator and all the windows are facing a pretty public garden. The owner will be there to welcome you upon your arrival, to explain the facilities of the apartment. You will have the possibility to spend a relaxing and pleasant stay in one of the most ancient and typical areas of Rome.
The apartment can have 2 extra beds(sofa beds)

This property was located close to the train station and only two stops from the Colosseum. There was unfortunately no signage that we were in the right place and had to call the owner. It was also fairly clean although when you look closely you can see a bit of dirt around the apartment. It had a fully functional kitchen and laundry (although there was no dryer). We were originally very happy with the service we received as we arrived early and the owner came as soon as we called. After he left we found out that there was no internet connection and the owner came back to try and fix it. He found out that there was a problem with the internet company and that it would come back in a few days. We had no problem with that as it was out of the owner's control. After a few days we contacted him again to let him know the internet still wasn't working and he ignored us. We stayed a week at the apartment and received no further information from him and had to find internet somewhere else. This was frustrating for us as internet was important to us.

Happy Sleeping was absolutely fabulous. The owner arranged to pick us up from the airport and took us straight there. It was really clean, spacious, fully fitted kitchen, lovely bathroom and two lovely bedrooms.It is close to the metro station and train station and even getting a taxi back there after a night out in Rome centre only cost eleven euro.
I cannot reccomend this appartment highly enough.
