The hostel is Situated 3 miles from St.Ives beaches and 5 miles from Penzance in beautiful countryside

There are great views and plenty of parking

The hostel sleeps 24 .... groups are welcome ...

camping is also allowed and outside additional toilets and showers are in place which hostellers may also use

In the yard area, there is a communal fire bowl that can be enjoyed and bbq's / hog roasts etc are allowed byo wood/coals

There is an outside area to wash off wet suits / bathers etc with drying lines /rails

A returnable breakages/cleaning and key deposit of £20 is required on arrival refunded after a satisfactory

inspection

all outstanding payments are on arrival by cash please

The property opens at Easter and closes October

The hostel sleeps 24

There are 4 private rooms with 2 beds in each room one room has a bunk bed

An alpine dormitory that sleeps 12 on mattresses

There is a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area that sits 24

There are 3 showers and 3 toilets

There is a separate self contained family maisonette that sleeps 4 (a double bedded room and a room with 2 single beds) The maisonette has its own shower and toilet , kitchen and sitting area

Bring your own sleeping bag/duvet/pillow ..... no linen or towels provided anywhere in the hostel or maisonette

Buses and trains go to penzance or st.Ives ....from there get a taxi to the hostel

By car get the A30 to hayle take the by-pass and at the round about take the st.Ives exit... you come immediately to 2 mini round abouts , cross the first then turn left at the second one ....taking the alternative route to st.Ives , go for about 2 .5 miles and at the tee junction with the B3311 turn left then immediately right , go 200 meters and take the left fork ...this will bring you to the hostel ..about half a mile on your right
