Established in 1887 and completely renovated in the fall of 2001, Hotel Oishiya offers travelers a truly authentic Japanese experience. So come and spend a pleasant day at a unique Japanese-style resort!

Oishiya is a modern ryokan (traditional hotel) located in Futaminoura, a small beachside town within Ise Shima National Park.

The inside of the hotel including the halls is covered with tatami mats so that guests can walk around with bare feet like a real Japanese home while the hotel also offers traditional Japanese food and drink including the rare Shochu vodka from Kumamoto.

The hotel has outdoor baths and saunas as well and large mineral spring baths offering a full view of the ocean. Two new baths are also available on a private basis without additional charge.

The Hotel also offers a dinner service where guests can bring their own food however we recommend that you have a Japanese style meal while your stay here.

Oishiya offers a range of rooms for 2-5 people. Breakfast is included with all the room rates however other packages are available.

All the rooms are set up in a traditional Japanese way and offer views of either the ocean or the mountains.

In-room safes are also available.

Information locale

The hotel operates a free pickup service from JR Futaminoura Station and the Futaminoura Omotesando bus stop (Mie Kotsu Bus). Call us when you arrive at the station. It takes 3 minutes to the hotel by car and 15 minutes on foot.

By Train:

15 minute walk from JR Futaminoura Station, or 15 minute taxi ride from Kintetsu Ujiyamada Station.

By Car:

Take Ise Expressway to Ise Exit. Then take Ise Futami Toba Line to Futami JCT and continue on Route 42. Oishiya is 3 minutes away.
