douglas188 Great value, low budget accommodation. The staff are really friendly and helpful, and the room light and airy. We had booked a second stay, but had to be transferred to another hotel due to overbooking. However all this was arranged for us.
renatalai8 Brigitte is nice, and also helpful when we had problem with WI-FI connection. We only expected to have clean beds and hot water for shower in the guesthouse, since we spent most of our time outside, and Brigitte Guesthouse did not let us down.
bogdan_r young, english speaking staff, very friendly, very helpful all the time. room had 4 beds, no space left on the floor to put luggage for 4 ppl ( had to put mine in the balcony ). shower was dirty - curtain was begining to rot. kept money in the safe deposit box at the reception - no issues there. location was just awesome, 2 minutes away from the beach. no breakfast included. wifi in room. cleaning lady would make the beds every day.
katiekavan i loved the friendliness of the hotel and i believe that is something that they pride themselves on. nearly everyone that worked there was very helpful and couldn't do enough for you. there was one guy on the desk for two days, i didn't catch his name but he was scottish and in mine and my boyfriends opinions very rude, i wouldnt return to the hotel lafayette for this reason. that and the electricity kept cutting off causing the air conditioning unit to shut off each time
thuunderko The location is superb. If you are planning to spend most of the time outside the place you are staying at, this is the perfect place. Rooms are a bit small but as long as you are not a princess it is totally cool. And they are very well cleaned on a daily basis. People at reception are helpful and often organize a common session at a local bar.
lindabj I was very pleased with my stay at Baccarat. Good service, clean and fresh rooms with excellent location.
paul55574 The guy on night duty was quite rude and didnt seem friendly at all...no smiles! Nice and close to the train station. doubt i would stay there again.
crisafrica It was a great stay for the price, especially the bathroom, it looked like the Ritz Carlton! The only negative thing would be the thin framed metal bunk beds which squeaked and creaked very loudly when anyone moved in their beds.

lena.delle Me and a friend of mine stayed 6 nights in Backpackers Hostel chez Patrick and we had a very good time there! Patrick's very nice and the room was real clean.
jkanglim The guy on the counter was very good. Free internet and being able to borrow towels for the beach was good.
shazjg This place was OK, we stayed in the twin room as well as the double and both were quite nice. The twin room is very noisy and if you shut the window to block the noise it is then very hot although the fan goes some way to relieving this. The double was a lot more comfortable to stay in with not as much traffic noise. A little bit more attention to detail could be done to the rooms. For instance, there were no bins in the rooms and no surfaces to put anything on. Overall though it's quite OK but don't stay here if you don't like living in someone's house and sharing the common spaces with them.
