die_mondin I stayed there twice for several days(almost a week) and felt very well! It is a calm nice place in a smal road. Not far from the freedomsquare- about 10 to 15 minutes walk. Vasha and Lia-the hosts- are very friendly and helpfull persons. Vasha speaks a little German and Lia speaks a little English. Me and my friends spend very nice times with them having breakfast which last almost the whole day and they offered us a lot of selfmade wine, chacha and even Khingali. :-)) The price is nice! I payed for a private room 25 Lari per night. Ulrike
Daawgon I had the pleasure of staying at the Skadaveli Guesthouse in October 2011. I don't know when I've enjoyed a lodging more than this place. Our host, Irlakli, made sure we had everything we needed (and usually before we even asked). Why anyone would even consider a stuffy hotel room or other lodging in Tbilisi is beyond me when this guesthouse is available. Skadaveli is more like staying with relatives than staying at a guesthouse or small hotel. This has to be the bargain of the year, and Tbilisi as a destination was equally awesome. I will be back, and soon. Thank you, Irlakli!
