paulrho1 Basically a great hotel, old look and feel inrecpetion and breakfast area, brand new, crisp and fresh in the rooms, great bathroom, good sized plasma on the wall, but no AC which, when its 29 degrees, is a bit of a bummer, but other than that, highly reccomend this hotel. Location, well, its 15 min walk to Alt town which is where all the cafes and bars and action is, but 5 minutes from konigsallee if you watch expensive designer shops Free WiFi in the rooms, and in the lobby, which some hotels in the area charge 10 to 15 euros for. breakfast was great, cold meats, eggs, cheese, bread, cereal, coffee and tea, orange juice, I will definitely be staying again.

leeart29 very friendly and helpful staff, clean and tidy, good location, 15-20 walks to harbour, altstadt and train station. as much coffee and toast as you would want for breakfast. If you are up early like we was there was always a free shower and toilet. Plenty of sockets for charging laptops, mobiles, etc. Only problem was the loud snorers but thats nothing to do with hostel - but we kept forgetting to buy ear plugs! The only thing I think could be improved on is perhaps 24 hour reception just to make people feel a little safer, however, we really enjoyed our stay and would definately stay again and would recommend to lone travellers, groups and families.
