cutesheep Great location, it's literally less than 5 mins to the place from the main train station, and just about 10 mins by foot to Marienplatz, so you don't even have to buy a subway ticket to get there. Toilets are shared but we found them very clean and tidy. The optional breakfast is decent but I think you could get something more interesting elsewhere. Overall, it's great value for money especially in a place like Munich where accomodation can be very expensive. We would definitely stay there again.
BRussell Excellent location, excellent bar...just a bit of a high price compared to other hostel's I've stayed in.
Chris.M This is one of the best hostels you are likely to come across. The venue, the facilities and the service are all top of the range. The communal area with the real "living" trees inside the building was one of the highlights. The bar and the full continental breakfast are excellent additions to what is one of the best hostels in Munich and possibly Germany.
misshoneyc Christine the manager is an absolute diamond, extremely friendly and helpful! Great, friendly service. Very clean, well maintained. Lovely breakfast

mishakat the breakfast was delicious and the beds were very quiet. The rest of the room was very quiet even though it was in the city.
hokum93 A fantastic hotel, not too far from the centre of Munich. The staff were very helpful and most of them spoke very good English. The rooms were very well priced and the breakfast offered a wide range of good food. we strongly recomend this hotel and would stay there again. Thanks for our enjoyable stay. Percy & Sue.
mdbernadette It exudes a home-y atmosphere. Really cool. And transport to and from the place is easy. The hotel is also very clean. Staff was friendly. I suggest they include an English news channel on TV. To make us in touch with the world. I suggest too that environment protection reminders be posted in the room.
sailormanj If your like the outdoors this place is is perfect for you, and if you dont its still a pretty cool place to stay.
vanessa Good hostel, nice locaiton - walking distance to the train station (abt 10 mins) and to the city center (abt 15 mins). Very big hostel, so has busy reception and was full ( August is busy time). New self-catering kitchen, elevator (sometimes stops work), pretty clean. For locker, towel, additional key and almost everything else need pay deposite, shits are included. Dorm for 14 beds has only 2 restrooms (WC and shower in each one) - it's not really enough, especially busy at mornings. I liked lamps near each bed and big lockers in the room.
