Rob and Z We enjoyed our stay at Sunrock. We were picked up from the Port when we arrived and were given a cooked breakfast once we arrived at the hostel. The hostel is located 20 metres from the beautiful Pelekas beach and our room had a balcony with a great view and was a really nice place to watch the sunsets in the afternoon. Bathroom is ok but no shower cubicle or curtain meaning bathroom floor gets completely wet (but this is typical for Greece) but plenty of hot water. Family that runs it are really nice and provide lovely free breakfast and dinners every day making the hostel great value. They also arranged car rental for us (a good option for seeing the island as the hostel is quite far from Corfu town) and dropped us off at the bus station upon our departure. The only downside was that the hostel has an unusual and somewhat unnecessary policy of keeping passports during stay (rather than just recording passport details) which was strange as we had never encountered this before in 3 months of travel throughout Europe and Morocco, and found it pretty disconcerting. Other than that an enjoyable and relaxing stay and we would return to Sunrock if we were in Corfu again.

Mimicita By far my favorite hostelin my three years of travelling! It is awesome to find a hostel that really makes you feel comfortable and worry free while travelling. Free breakfast, 3 course dinner, WiFi, pickup and right on one of the nicest beaches in Corfu. I stayed here twice and will keep coming back! I love the Pink Palace!!!
