jcarpenter Great place! The guy I met at the start and when I left was very helpful, and Rachel was also very helpful. Wish the coffee was free as I had run out of IK. I'll be back!
Ryfusz Hostel is located 10 min walking from main bus station in quiet environment, and 20 min from city center. Owner is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is basic and not expensive. Overall good value for money.
tp1038 Everything was great other than the mix-up with travellerspoint when we booked. They quoted us one # in GBP and it was different in ISK once we arrived. The place was great though. Great location. The only bad thing was the shower head... it wouldn't stay still and kept on sliding. They need to fix it. Otherwise - good!
bmkentucky The allocation of beds in the dorms was not accurate resulting in referring back to reception as guest were not sticking to beds that were allocated Otherwise the best hostel ever !!!!

discipleof A nice place to stay, cheap, though quite a bit of a walk from the city center. However they are on the bus line and with the Visit Rekjavik card, you can take the bus for free, andhae access to the swimming pool (right down the road) also free of charge.
