ckan12 Very friendly and helpfull ; free internet and local telephone possibility to cook in the kitchen but you must be patient when there are many guests. Not recommended il you like to be on your own
Ryfusz Hostel is located 10 min walking from main bus station in quiet environment, and 20 min from city center. Owner is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is basic and not expensive. Overall good value for money.
lene.cecil I stayed in this Guesthouse for one night. It was a very nice place, and serviceminded staff. Modern interior, with a clean look, the breakfast was good, and there was a nice garden. If I come back to Reykjavik I will probably stay in this place again.
jcarpenter Great place! The guy I met at the start and when I left was very helpful, and Rachel was also very helpful. Wish the coffee was free as I had run out of IK. I'll be back!
nicolatsan We stayed at both Baldursbra houses and both were fantastic. Madame is a wonderful and quirky lady who was very helpful. Both houses' locations were very central to downtown Reykjavik and the BSI terminal, which was very handy. We would definitely stay here again.
bmkentucky The allocation of beds in the dorms was not accurate resulting in referring back to reception as guest were not sticking to beds that were allocated Otherwise the best hostel ever !!!!
tippr1127 Buy a day pass (600 ISK) for the city bus system if you stay here and plan to travel around Reykjavik much. The Hlemmur bus terminal a block away provides bus links to many points of interest, even the BSI terminal from which many excursions depart.
