fjanhsen Though we arrived very late after midnight at the hotel there was no problem at the check-in. The rooms are quite clean but we got a room without any window and because we arrived so late, we couldn't check if there are any rooms available which have windows. The hotel is nicely and conveniently located in a quiet street, not far from Gateway of India and close to Victoria Central Railway Station.

londonomad Good points; location, staff were decent and helpful,,.. room was clean. Not so great,.. was that the same staff were a bit slow on service,.. needed reminding, and the aircon was super noisy and I think a little dirty too. The bathroom was bare, no amenities except for 1 towel. And it is the old style where the shower and toilet, etc. are all in one space, not separated by anything, so once you've showered, the whole space is wet. Oh, the shower had no hot water, so one has to use the bucket bath system. OVERALL,.. generally OK, but expensive for what they offer. Their strength is the location really.
