keulemens I arrived at the Sindu guesthouse after being picked by a driver. Got a great room and it provided a comfortable easy going space and time to chill out and put my bike together. Dave also helped me out tremendously when he received parcels from my Australian bank with a new bank cards [Don't leave an atm without taking your card out!, because the money comes first in Bali] I contacted Dave from somewhere in Lombok and he made sure everything was collected and I have new bank cards! That was a huge relief. Thanks Dave, you're the best!

jazparrez Magda is very friendly and makes a point to know your name once you check in. She is more than helpful when you have questions and if she doesn't know the answer, she'll find someone who does. We stayed at Prima for a total of 10 days and considered it home. The entire staff has welcomed us and taken care of everything, all we had to do was ask!

connyturner The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was good, tv had one English film channel, which was fine. Internet was good, for Asia and strong signal throughout the hotel. Pool is small, but hey, who wants to swim when you're sunbathing. Sunloungers on top captured sun most of day. A short walk to the shops and even shorter walk to the beach. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again if I went back to Sanur
