tara3cats It was in the perfect place as there was an event at the INEC. Rivermere is located directly between this and the town centre. Was peaceful and the staff were very helpful.
tp1073 geat location in Killarney, B&B is more like a hostel with bigger rooms. Breakfast was poor. But as we did the Ring of Kerry tour and stayed in the B&B only for 2 nights it was ok, due to the fantastic location.

caselli.a One of the best hostel I've ever been in! Martin (polish power!) is absolutely friendly and the hostel is more than pitoresque...

jenniesue This hostel was an easy walk to the center of town and very close to the bus/train station. They were very helpful in setting up day trips to the Ring of Kerry and Dingle Peninsula. Rooms were quite small and the hostel attracted a different crowd than the normal hostels. Because there are private rooms and hostel rooms, there were several families and large groups staying here. Free wi-fi was a benefit and the kitchen was open for anyone's use. My biggest problem here were the other people staying in my room. Each night there were several very drunk people (different people each night) coming in at 3 or 4 a.m., bloody from fighting and not very considerate. A good value for the price, but there are many small hotels that might be a better alternative.
