vanessa I use to stay in Beit Arava (Eilat) once a while for about 10 years. Good location for travellers - next to central bus station. Has own parking zone. For those who comes for sea, nightlife and shopping - its not central enough. Pretty clean. Nice kitchen for guests. Two supermarkets are at walk distance. Polite and friendly service. Rooms are basic, but they r equiped with the most important for being in Eilat things: AC, shower & WC, minibar (bigger refrigerator is avaliable for guests in guest-kitchen). Even cable TV. Dorms are ok, public facilities are ok too - all depends with whom you share the room and when u come (public holidays and seasons). I'd like it being a bit cheaper, but basically price is ok for what you get. Check out at 10 am (saturday at 12 noon) but you can leave your laggage in locker for ~2EU. Safe.
