'Where to start? Travelers Palm is, beyond any questioning, the best place we stayed during our five weeks in Malaysia. Not so much because of the very central location, or the clean rooms, hot shower and abundance of free coffee, tea and mosquito spray. Guests may arrive earlier(after 9am) and leave their luggage at the hostel but access to rooms will not be granted until after 1300hrs.
Checkout time - 1200Noon or a full rate will be applied.
Guests are expected to check-in within 4hours of their flight/bus/train or other mode of transportation of their ETA(estimate time arrival). Please advise Travellers Palm of any delays beyond this time, or we will consider of cancelling your booking and your rooms will be opened for other bookings.

i feel safe,relax and comfortable during my stay there.The host Suzy,i hope i spelled her name correctly, was very friendly, overall the stay was satisfying.
It's a 5/5 review for Travellers Palm. The guesthouse is immaculately clean and lovingly managed. The staff are extremely helpful, and the option for a late check-in is handy for those that have a late evening flight. Location is also good, with a short walk up to the monorail station, and plenty of shopping along Bintang Walk, or a short monorail hop to Imbi for Times Square and Berjaya Plaza. There are plenty of eating options, but I would recommend eating locally at the Malay restaurant on the corner. The vibe at the guesthouse is quiet and relaxed - just what is needed after a long journey. I look forward to staying there again in the future.

Very friendly place. Andrew and Rasman where really hospitable and helpful. Met some lovely people there too....good comfortable place to connect with fellow travellers.
