Le nostre condizioni di prenotazione sono le seguenti:
* Check out è 11,00 del mattino il giorno di partenza. Vorremmo davvero che se potesse lasciare la stanza entro le 11.00 del giorno di partenza. Se avete bisogno di un po 'di tempo (un supplemento può essere applicabile per la fine del check-out), o se avete la necessità di estendere il vostro soggiorno vi preghiamo di contattarci.
* Il check-in è from14.00 ore del giorno d'arrivo. In caso di arrivo anticipato, i bagagli possono essere lasciati e abbiamo aperto alle ore 10.00.
* Soggiorno minimo di due notti durante il week-end (ven. / sabato o sabato / domenica)
* Deposito è richiesto al momento della prenotazione. La garanzia può essere effettuato con carta di credito e gli atti a titolo di caparra.
* Modifiche della prenotazione può essere effettuata fino a 7 giorni prima della data d'arrivo. Al di là di questo periodo i depositi non sono rimborsabili e il pagamento integrale del soggiorno è dovuto.
* Completo di pagamento è previsto all'arrivo. Cash pagamento preferito. Pagamenti con carta di credito sono soggette al pagamento a10%.

l'alloggio si trovava molto distante dall'idirizzo,comunque piu' vicino al centro.pulito ma la camara da letto(una nicchia grande quanto il letto) nonostante l'alloggio fosse ben riscaldato risultava troppo fredda,infatti abbiamo dormito in soggiorno con il materasso per terra!lo consiglio solo per il rapporto qualita'\prezzo,60€ a notte a 5 minuti da piazza dam.

Great value. We had our own little flat with a large bathroom and good sized living area. We loved it!
We first meet Daniel at the Antique shop where you go to check in. Then we had to walk for about 15 mins to the actual flat. We weren't sure what to expect, and a little nervous to be honest. But we were so happy with the apartment. and for less than 70 Euro/night!
Apparently they have rooms all over the area - not all in the same neighborhood - so dont know what the others are like.

This for me was very disappointing as it was one of our destinations that I have been looking forward to the most. The website is a bit mis-leading. "True love GUEST HOUSE" says something totally different than a small apartment in a very noisy and student crowded area. We expected something more along the lines of "romantic" and not a tiny little apartment with the sides of your front door covered with "grafitti"... it was not explained that the apartment does not get serviced - we stayed for 3 nights and had to eventually buy our own toilet paper - as they only provided one roll. This apartment would be a perfect spot as a student traveller seeking the thrill of coffee shops and pubs. The reception area is the actaul antique shop with the guest house above - this area was always closed with a note on the door with a telephone number for any assistance - NO personal touch.

Our room was wonderful. We were close to transportation to and from the airport, in a lovely neighborhood for strolling, nearby cafes and restaurants were excellent and the shopping wass not just curios, including a wonderful neighborhood wine shop and an exquisite candy/ chocolate shop. However, the directions to the shop we received were not correct and it took us a while to find the shop. The person who helped us find our room was very helpful. The room was perfect for our short stay, and we could purchase food and drink and had a place to keep it. The bath was efficient and in the room, which as Americans we appreciated! We had a lovely time and have suggested Trulove to friends and family planning to visit.

A nice room, close to the centre of Amsterdam, to the Dam, to the Central Station and to the RLD.The room was clean but I found A Mars paper under the bed...So the Cleanliness got only 2 stars...whatever, it's a nice room, pretty cheap for the area, and first of all in a strategic position. Hope they watch under the bed the next time... Nicolo

Loved it! Perfect location, very clean and tidy - although no daily servicing of towels etc. Small, but that's Amsterdam.
Owners were very helpful in the lead up to our stay answering any questions we had.
Would recommended it to anyone that doesn't have difficultly climbing narrow stairs.
