It is an appartment with 4 room of which 3 bigger ones (2-persons) have one shared bathroom. I stayed for a week in the smallest room with a private bathroom. Bathroom was very small but clean and sufficient. Kitchen was clean and well equipped. Sheets could have been a bit more representative (but were reasonably clean). You have to let the owner know when you will arrive (e-mail). She will send someone to let you in (Portugees speeking only) and give you the key.

Situato Nel migliore dei casi nel cuore stesso di Lisbona, fra i quadrato di Pombal 'e '''di Saldanha. Sistemazione del centro bella, pulito e nuovo. Abbiamo i gemelli, i tripli e doppi più un dorm di maculine e un dorm femminile con 3 basi ciascuno ed ogni stanza hanno ottenuto un balcone riservato, in cui la gente può fumare, bask al sole, colto, o semplicemente guardano la vita della città. Alla parte più healtiest di Lisbona, NOVA medi, potete raggiungere i posti sightseeing, entertaneiment, come il negativo per la stampa di cartamoneta di Bairro e Baixa easly pure altre città Sintra, Cascais o Fatima. La costruzione è elegante, ha 2 elevatori e un concierge permanente. LE SPIAGGE SOLTANTO a 15M VIA del PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION il nostro tempo di registrazioni è: 13 a 14,00 pm 18 - 19,00 che il pm se arrivate più successivamente gentilmente li ha lasciati noi conoscere (per posta o telefono) il vostro programma di flight/train e provano a controllarli dentro dopo le ore (prenda un tassì noi se in ritardo). Bathroom was very small but clean and sufficient. Kitchen was clean and well equipped. Sheets could have been a bit more representative (but were reasonably clean). You have to let the owner know when you will arrive (e-mail). She will send someone to let you in (Portugees speeking only) and give you the key. She is quite easily available via the e-mail and phone, responds quickly to your questions but you will not catch a glimpse of her. Be prepared to pay cash in advance and do not expect to get a proper bill.
Location was for me very good as it was at a convinient distance from the language school I attended (International House, very good by the way). Public transport (underground and busses) is generally very good in Lisboa so the real center of the city is easy to get to.
Generally ok, might use it next year although with all rooms booked it might get a bit crowded. I had luck to be alone.

L'aeroporto è all'15 minuti guida e treno 10m. La nostra stazione di Metro è SPIAGGE di Picoas SOLTANTO a 15M VIA DA PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION come arrivare: Dall'aeroporto, prenda un tassì (8 euros per il giro) o il Aero-Bus (91) a Picoas. In treno, prenda un tassì (5 euros) o il bus (90) a Picoas in Bus, 10-15m ambulante per ottenerli.
