We stayed in one of these apartments for a few days in July 08. We thought they were situated on Vassil Leski Boulavard as suggested on the website (very central) and had to find out in a very long convuluted way exactly where it actually was, needing 5 text messages (costly!).

We stayed in one of these apartments for a few days in July 08. We thought they were situated on Vassil Leski Boulavard as suggested on the website (very central) and had to find out in a very long convuluted way exactly where it actually was, needing 5 text messages (costly!). When we arrived by taxi from Sofia main station we didn't know where we were and the company had no map or information to let us know either! We then had to spend time and money sorting this out for ourselves - not the relaxing stay we had in mind - If in doubt go to a lovely ONDA cafe who have maps in roman alphabet. Just to make things even more arduous we had another text to say we couldn't use the shower for the rest of our stay as it was leaking water downstairs -brilliant!! If they sorted out their customer service and maintenance problems this would have been as described on the site.
