Our hotel is located in the Old City district of Istanbul, Sultanahmet, in the heart of the historical peninsula.
The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the must-see attractions such as the Blue Mosque, Saint Sofia, Topkapi Palace, Basilica Cistern, Archeological Museum, Islamic art Museum, Mosaic Museum, and the Grand Bazaar.
Our hotel’s guests are sometimes asking me if I’m the “Boss” of the Hotel. My answer is always as “No,you guests are the Boss”, and we are your servants. This is our understanding.
Me and my family with our team are waiting to show you the highest standards of Turkish hospitality during your stay with us.
Our restaurant is serving lunch and dinner with real traditional Turkish food such as Kebaps and Pides. As a courtesy, we waive the normal 10% service charge when our hotel guests eat in the restaurant.'

İ was very very happy with my stay at the Med Cezir - in fact I extended it for 4 nights. The staff are great, the locatıon ıs exceptional (the Aya Sofya looms overhead from the upstairs balcony). After a week İ was very sad to leave and İ wıll defınıtely stay there again when next İ am ın İstanbul. 5 stars all around.

I definitely recommend this place to stay in Istanbul. Location is perfect, everithing is at a walking distance, nice terrasse on the roof with a view on Saint Sophia and the Blue Mosk

The location of Med Cezir hotel is simply amazing and it should actually compensate for all the lacks. It just next to AyaSofia and Sultanahmet Cami. I loved it! The rooms are ok for the price I payed, but it was a bit coldish. And the breakfast far was a very disappointing. Nevertheless, I would recommend it to all budget travellers! The service was very nice, friendly and family-like. Plus they have wireless!
