The hotel is quite ok, not incredible but not bad. The rooms don't look anything like the photos on the webpage, they are more indian style than that. But the beds are comfortable, the toilet works, and the location (3 min from metro) is great. Be aware that no Delhi taxidriver finds the hotel, although they claim they do, and might drop you off somewhere else. The service is good, but very slow, and the staff is very helpful. Security is good, I slept very well.

Our hostel is located in the heart of city Delhi, just 2 mins walk from the metro station and 20 mins drive to the airport makes it very demanding, It's a small hostel with almost all the facilities of a 3* hotel like LCD, a/c in every rooms. 24 hours reception, doctor on call, money exchange, travel desk, friendly staff, and almost 100% satisfied clients free drops to train station and tourist office also makes easier for backpackers.

But the beds are comfortable, the toilet works, and the location (3 min from metro) is great. Be aware that no Delhi taxidriver finds the hotel, although they claim they do, and might drop you off somewhere else. The service is good, but very slow, and the staff is very helpful. Security is good, I slept very well. There are two large drawbacks though: first, my travellerspoint reservation did not work (but there were rooms free, so it was ok). Obviously Patel Continental and Travellerspoint don't communicate. Secondly, the food is semigood and I have been down since, not being able to keep anything inside.
All in all, the hotel is good, the food is bad. Nonetheless, I would stay there again and can recommend it.
