The YMCA provides studios and apartments located in the city center of Bucharest. These are not located in the main building of the hostel. The studios and apartments are en suite.

From Gara de Nord train station:

Find the entrance to the subway station; it’s marked with an ‘M’. There’s an entrance from inside the train station and one right outside; either will do. Take line M1 in the direction of Dristor and get off after one stop at Piata Victoriei. From here, change to line M2, going in the direction of Berceni, and get off after two stops at University Square (Universitate).

Take the exit for 'Pasajul Nicolae Balcescu' and then the exit marked 'Spitalul Coltea'. Once you’re outside, go left and walk for approximately 100m. Turn down the second street on your right. This is Boulevard Hristo Botex. Walk for a further 300m and on your left you’ll see the YMCA logo – that’s us!

From Baneasa or Otopeni-Henri Coanda airports:

Take the 783 express bus and get off at Universitatea station in Piata 21 Decembrie 1989. From here walk towards the University Square. Cross the road through the pedestrian passage and choose the exit marked 'Spitalul Coltea'. Once you’re outside, go left and walk for approximately 100m. Turn down the second street on your right. This is Boulevard Hristo Botex. Walk for a further 300m and on your left you’ll see the YMCA logo – that’s us!

There’s also paid transport to and from the airport, on demand – 100 RON per car from H Coanda airport. Please contact us about it after booking.
