Our hostel, located in the thriving area of Bukit Bintang (centre of the KL Golden Triangle), has a friendly and welcoming atmosphere and caters for all your needs. Our facilities include free high speed internet, hot water showers, air conditioning, 24 hour security, self service kitchen, lounge area with satellite TV and DVD player and town view balcony with comfy lazy boy chairs! There are also 6 studio apartments with kitchenettes available. There are both private and dorm rooms which are comfortable, clean and have a good amount of storage space. The lounge and balcony areas are the perfect place to relax in the evening after a busy day sightseeing in the great city of Kuala Lumpur! All the staff are friendly and happy to help with any problems you may have, it's 5 star service at affordable prices!

RSSOn the end of my trip through Thailand, Singapore and Malasiya I stayed in this guesthouse. So, when I saw my room "307" I really didn't care about wet ceiling, liking water in the bathroom, shower in break...but when I saw that ceiling is liking on my bed because of the rain I ask to give me another room or give me back my money. When I talk with the employees they said that they don't have another room and If I leave the room and go somewhere else they will give me back money. It was 11:00pm and that was a really problem to me. So, I ask for the manager. And manager was some very rude person. She offered me that I can pay just 50% of price and I said that I have to talk with my friends, because they was out in the moment that happend. In the morning I went to talk with her and I said that is ok to pay 50% of price. And then she change opinion and said that she thought like just price for one day because the next day wasn't rained, (we stayed there for 2 days) . OMG!
I stayed with my decision because it is very unfair to rent a room for the same price although she knew that room is in bad shape.
On the end she gave us back 50% of the price but I still have bad taste in my mouth because she was so non-professional, unkind and rude.
I really don't recommend this accommodation, but I have to say that has a good location near the good mall's, Petronas and very nice vegetarian restaurant. Employees are very kind, except manager.
And there's no proper list what hostel offers with room.
Anamarija, in hope that hostel will improve service, state of rooms, specifically room "307" because it can happen worst things.

Good service.very friendly people..rooms are good.very close to the stations and the bus stops if you are looking for public transport.
