Il Cheers Hostel Istanbul si trova in una posizione perfetta, proprio nel cuore della Vecchia Città di Istanbul, a Sultanahmet. Siamo solamente ad un minuto di cammino dai più importanti monumenti come Hagia Sofia, la Moschea Blu, la Cisterna Basilica ed il Palazzo Topkapi, oltre che al Gran Bazaar e a molte altre attrazioni ed importanti luoghi della Istanbul orientale.
Il nostro ostello di Istanbul vi offre una permanenza comoda, pulita ed economica in una atmosfera calorosa ed amichevole. Nella nostra zona soggiorno con televisione e accesso Internet Wi-Fi gratuito, potete gradire una tazza di tè o caffè turco, leggere, giocare a backgammon oppure fare due chiacchere con altri viaggiatori internazionali in viaggio ad Istanbul.
La nostra terrazza panoramica Wintergarden con il suo bar offre viste mozzafiato, affacciandosi direttamente su Hagia Sofia, il palazzo Topkapi e Taksim, ed è aperta tutto l'anno. Durante l'estate potete godere di un rinfrescante Mojito nel nostro bar, mentre prendete il sole e vi rilassate; in inverno, gradire una bevanda calda.
Mettetevi a vostro agio vicino al nostro camino, e prendete un bicchiere di vino.
Serviamo anche una ottima colazione a buffet in stile turco sulla terrazza.
Le nostre stanze sono principalmente dormitori da 6, 8 e 10 letti con armadietti personali ma abbiamo anche alcune stanze doppie, triple, e familiari a prezzi economici.
Nel caso in cui abbiate bisogno di un lucchetto per i vostri armadietti di sicurezza, possiamo fornirvelo. In alcuni casi è richiesto un piccolo deposito.
Disponiamo di toilette e docce comuni nei corridoi. Le stanze private sono munite di aria condizionata e i dormitori hanno ventilatori; tutte le stanze sono riscaldate. Lenzuola e asciugamani sono forniti da noi.
La nostra reception è disponibile ed amichevole, e vi aiuterà nel rendere la vostra permanenza il più gradevole possibile.
Inoltre vi aiuteremo con le informazioni più aggiornate sui ristoranti, i locali e i club più in voga.

I hıghly recommend thıs hostal. Clean, comfortable beds and sheets. Great vıew.
The staff has some of the frıendlıest people I have met and are very helpful. They really want to make your experıence ın Turkey pleasant and gıve you ınformatıon and good advıce.Cheers also attracts nıce guests from all over the world, overall you can feel a nıce communıty.
It ıs located ın an excellent place near all the maın attractıons. Only downfall ıs that ıt ıs dıffıcult to fınd ıt sınce ıt ıs at an alley and many taxıs havent heard of ıt or pretend they dont know where ıt ıs (carefull wıth that...bad eperıence). Internet sıte neads to gıve better dırectıons ın how to get there.
As far as the dorm room, everythıng was almost perfect, but there was only one electrıcıty outlet for a room of sıx, and our door was very squıcky, so ıt woke people up when you try to get ın late al nıght.

Very warmhearted and helpful young staff. Great roof terrace with bar and an amazing view on the colose Hagia Sophia. I can completely recommend to stay here with one drawback: In the our freshly renovated and nice furbished room the ventialtion was missing (yet?). Thus air moisture became unbearable und even walls went wet. I hope they improve that very quickly!

Excellent location, nice breakfast, but some rooms were not ready for guests. They still had to fix some stuff in our room during our stay and in the morning we were not waked by the sound of an imam but by someone using a drill in another room.
We stayed for 5 nights, and it would also have been nice if they came to clean the room at least once, our empty the garbage bin, or change the towels...
Some advantages: free internet, free water, nice bar, great view, right in the middle of a great city 'Istanbul'.
