Situated by the side of the picturesque Ourem Creek, in the midst of the brightly coloured old Portuguese houses and winding alleys of Panjim’s Latin Quarter, Paradise Inn provides culture as well as convenience. Right outside the hotel one can find a number of art galleries such as Gitanjali, Panjim Peoples and Velha Goa, selling traditional handicrafts as well as paintings by goan artists. You can spend an entire day just wandering through the narrow streets of Fontainhas, enjoying the colonial charm of this heritage quarter.

We offer many personalized services combined with modern hotel facilities. I spent two nights at the Paradise Inn in Dec 2011. It is not 5 minutes from central Panjim as was indicated on your site, unless you are running. It has a very modest exterior and the common facilities are only the entrance, also very modest. Judging by my own, the rooms are large but dark, and they have a marble countertop plus a good shower in the bathroom. The AC works well even if the fan does not have a slow or low setting. It does have cable internet in the room that works moderately well.

There was a smell in my room (urine) the first night but the staff were quite meticulous in fixing it so the next night was fresh and fine. The staff were cooperative and helpful. There are no eating establishments at hand, except for one upscale and arrogant restaurant (Viva Panjim) that does not serve breakfast. So I would judge the location to be not desirable, and the facilities offered to be nothing aside from the room itself, which is good. And the service offered by the staff was good. I am unlikely to stay there again.

All over a good and clean hotel. Location is very central an nice, however it can get quite noisy during rush hours in the morning an evening.
