The Travel Hub is definitely a place I will really recommend to the travel seekers! I have to recognize the great effort the whole family did to make tourist save more on how to get to a specific place. They are very accommodating and they are very warm. So book with the Travel Hub because I'm staying there once I go back to KL.

I dont think this is a friendly hostel, except the night shift receptionist she is fine. THey are sri lankan family. The staffs have different faces for treating people in different standard even people are paying the same.
They have a sharp eyes to calculate on tiny trivial matter like door and window and could be very uncomfortable and even rude if u keep tolerant silently even u r not making any mess.
The dorm is narrow and squeezy and smelly so sometimes we want to open door/window for ventilation which is such `a big deal' for the staff which worth to be face off and make conflict.
PETTY, NOT UNDERSTANDING, BAD ATTITUDE = RELIGIOUS HYPOCRITE

Great place to stay, the staff were so friendly & helpful. free breakfasts and free wireless internet (they have a computer to use as well if you dont have one) great value, great choice, one of my favourite places that i stayed at =)

Love the location and nearby train station, love the people, love the fellow travellers, love the free breakfast, love the fact that me and my three other friends could have a whole room to ourselves! Toilets are clean(though towels are 2RM) SIMPLY LOVE the free shuttle from central market(walking dist from travel hub) to times square/bukit bintang plaza!!! Note to shoppers: go to chinatown(walking dist as well) first to get the best deals on stuff there, then go to sungei wang plaza and times square to get everything else(or you may end up paying more for in the malls for the exact same thing you can get in chinatown)! Anyway, will definitely stay there again! Thanks to the team at travel hub! cheers!

I'd say - best place for staying in KL for a while, located close to Chinatown, LRT Commutertrain Pasar Seni (5min walk) and Monorail Tun Sambanthan (10 to15min walk) to reach all parts of the town within a short time. Family run place, very nice People always willing to help and they are doing it with a smile on their faces. Will always come back to the Travel Hub when in KL.

Reception upon arrival - Warm, friendly, helpful but the staircase upwards and the dark living room may not look so welcoming especially for people with knees problems. The banner outside could enlarge the words 'The Travel Hub' for easy recognition.

Room - Clean, neat, basic. Air-con is slightly noisy but bearable, can be quieter. Separation between rooms is a thin wall, can hear clearly what neighbour is doing, must move quietly on bed, the bed does make noise when moved.

Shower room - Hot shower is extremely soothing after long hours of travelling on the road. A suggestion for improvement - Stains on the wall should be removed.

Toilet - Sitting toilet bowl, great! Working well very and clean most of the time.

Pantry - Very basic, have hot water to make own tea. The big dustbin should be covered up, can be quite smelly when full.

Location - Great! Within walking distance to monorail, just behind Petalling Street, lots of good food in the vicinity, very near to anything everything, yet very peacefully located in one corner, in front of the traffic police station.
