The building gives home to apartments, a hotel, an event center, catering and entertainment outlets, shops and parking lots. As a result of the project, Passage Hotel and Event Center is already open to guests and the downtown of Budapest became richer with a cultural and entertainment center offering high quality services.

4* apartments, 5 studio apartments (38 sq.m - 50 sq.m), 10 apartments with one bedroom + living room (55 sq.m - 65 sq.m), 10 apartments with two bedrooms + living room (65 sq.m - 80 sq.m), 5 apartments with three bedrooms + living room (80 sq.m - 113 sq.m).

This is the initial number of apartments, but the number of available apartments is growing gradually as we proceed with the furnishing work.

A credit card is required to secure the reservation.

You have up to 3 days prior to arrival to cancel the reservation without charge. If the reservation is cancelled within 72 hours prior to arrival you will be charged 1 night stay. Same day cancellations, no shows or early check out will result in 1 night charge.
