Siamo orgogliosi della nostra attenzione al dettaglio, e abbiamo riflettuto alle cose che altri ostelli dimenticano come la connessione internet wireless e prima colazione, e vogliamo far sentire gli ospiti come non solo un ospite nel nostro ostello, ma un ospite nella nostra casa. L'ostello si trova immerso nel verde a soli 17 minuti dal centro di Londra con la metropolitana, con facile accesso alla metropolitana di Londra e linee di autobus, Hillspring Lodge il luogo ideale dove soggiornare per una breve visita o per soggiorni di lunga durata. Vieni e tuffati nel migliore che Londra ha da offrire e di essere sorpreso di trovare un ostello che si preoccupa per il tuo comfort .Si prega di prestare attenzione al momento di prenotare una 'doppia en-suite' - la maggior parte sono dotati di docce e lavelli. Alcuni sono en-suite e hanno solo il bagno! ***Important Information***Minors, Families and GroupsBookings cannot be accepted from any person under the age of 18 unless they are accompanied by an adult (over 18) who is staying in the same dorm/room. If staying in a single sex dorm room the adult and child must be the same gender.Couples under 18 years old are not able to share a private room.Note that under 16-year-olds must be in a private room (with adult)and cannot stay in dorms sharing with other travellers.Written authorization signed by their parents and copies of parents IDs are needed, for all under 18 years old.In compliance with Licensing Law, all under 18s will be asked to leave Bar after 8pm.Families travelling with children will need to book private rooms.Children under 2 stay for free in existing bedding (Private rooms).Children aged 2 or over must book their own bed.Please note that we cannot provide extra beds.Group bookings of over 15 persons will need to contact the hostels groups department directly, to make sure that the hostel can allocate as many of the guests in the same room/s.No pets and no service animals are allowed at this propertyCancellationAll guests checking in require Photo ID.Earliest check-in: 14:00, Latest check-out: 11:00Late check out may incur a 10 charge at hostels discretion.A 24 hours notice (from check in time) in required in order not to be charged for the night.The cancellation notice has to be sent via email hillspring@palmerslodge.co.uk.Any no-shows will be charged in full for the first night. Sale bookings are non refundable.Please note that reservations for the night of the 31st December 2013 will be subject to a no-cancellation policy. For bookings on New Years Eve we will charge the full amount of the booking to the credit card you supply when making a reservation and that full payment will be taken in advance.We are a backpackers - beds are bunks! If you really need a bottom bunk then please contact the hostel as soon as you make your booking, quoting the reference, and we will try and ensure that you are allocated one!Please note that TOWELS are available to buy at 4 or to rent for 1.50. BED LINEN is included in the price of the booking. BRING A PADLOCK!CREDIT AND DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS:Balance payments made on arrival using a credit or debit card will incur a 1 surcharge.Note that this property has a maximum stay of 31 nights.
