Questa è una Recensione Affidabile. Perché?

It is a 20 minute walk from the Centre of Cefalu. Advertises on this English language site but no one at hotel had any English.
No lift and had to drag suitcases up two flights of stairs. Reception did not offer any assistance.
Breakfast was terrible with stale bread rolls and warm cheese slices that were stuck to plastic wrapper. Poor choice of food.
A vending machine for coffee that regularily broke down and no hot water to make teas. Eventually figured out that if I poured bottled water into a cup and heated it in the microwave it would do. No assistance whatsoever in Breakfast room.
Bar and adjoining cafe closed all day Wednesday without any notice.
Hardly anyone staying there and we are not surprised. The elderly man at reception to put it mildly was rude.
The rooms are spotless and the room cleaned every day. No fault with bedroom.
We stayd in four hotels in Sicily in July 2010 and this was the only bad one.
