By car:

From Leros International Airport drive south on Lakkiou-Partheniou for 4.1 kilometers and turn right to stay on Lakkiou-Partheniou for 5.6 kilometers. Turn right at Lakkiou-Partheniou and take the Leros - Patmos ferry for 41.6 kilometers. Continue straight for 61 meters and turn right. Hotel Skala will be on the right.
