Benvenuto al Palmers Lodge, l' ultima sistemazione a Londra dove potrete gustare l'eleganza dello stile Vittoriano. Precedentemente casa di Samuel Palmer, proprietario dell'impero del biscotto Huntley e Palmers.
Costruita nel 1881, questo edificio è stato ristrutturato e riportato al suo originale splendore al fine di offrire ai nostri ospiti non solo una sistemazione ad un prezzo ragionevole ma anche un'esperienza unica durante il vostro soggiorno a Londra.
Abbiamo un'ampia possibilita' di dormitori; da camere private a camere con 14 letti a prezzi realmente competitivi. Si prega di notare che i nostri dormitori misti a 9 posti sono costituiti da letti matrimoniali con tendine e luci, percio' per ogni letto che affitti in questa stanza potranno dormire DUE PERSONE. Grande cura e' stata prestata nell'arredare le nostre spaziose camere con la piu' alta qualita' di letti e sicuri armadiettii per i bagagli.
Gli ospiti possono usufruire GRATIS dell'accesso ad Internet e WiFi nella sala di ingresso, godere di momenti di relax nel salotto o gustare un drink con amici nel nostro bar. Una colazione continentale, servita nella sala da pranzo e' inclusa nel prezzo.
A pochi passi dall'ostello potete prendere la metropolitana o dalla stazione di Swiss Cottage o dalla stazione di Finchley Road ed in pochi minuti potete essere nel cuore della citta'. Se rientrate molto tardi la notte, avete la possibilita' di prendere l' autobus notturno da Trafalgar Square! Ci sono anche molte cose da fare in Finchley road, due cinema, Il Teatro di Hampstead , pubs, ristoranti e il centro commerciale "O2" . Chiedi al nostro staff per qualsiasi idea!
Potete vedere la coppa del mondo nel nostro bar, salotto o ristorante in quanto sono tutti dotati di schermi TV!
Questo bellissimo edificio non solo da l'opportunita' ai nostri ospiti di vedere la storia di Londra ma di viverci dentro!!
La ristrutturazione ha aggiunto tutte i moderni comfort senza guastarne le caratteristiche originali e gli ospiti possono essere assicurati dal nostro coscienzioso staff, sistema di carta di sicurezza ed assistenza ai massimi livelli. Sara' nostro compito provvedere al vostro comfort, e ad una vostra sicura, pulita e spaziosa sistemazione.
Palmers Lodge si trova al centro di Londra vicino alla stazione metro di Swiss Cottage ed alla stazione metro di Finchley Road (4 fermate dal cuore di London) con connessione bus con entrambi gli Aereoporti di Stansted e Luton - ISIC e/o IYHF membri ricevono £1 sconto all'arrivo.
Il Check in e' previsto dalle 14 il
Check out invece dalle 11 con colazione dalle 7.30 alle 10, vi e' la possibilita' di lasciare le valigie in armadietti per il costo di 2 o 3 sterline.
Una foto identificativa e' richiesta durante la registrazione all'albergo, e non sono accettate prenotazioni da minorenni a meno che non siano accompagnati da un adulto. Non e' al momento disponibile una cucina usufruibile per i clienti ma avrete la possibilita' di gustare numerosi snack nel nostro bar e visitare tanti ristoranti nella zona!

All under 18s must be accompanied by an adult and have an written aproval from parents with a copy of their passport or I.D. If staying in a single sex dorm room the adult and child must be the same gender. Please note under 16s cannot be in dorms only in private rooms, If you are travelling with children please contact the hostel first.
Photo ID must be made available at check in. If you have no photo ID at check in then your booking may be refused.
We are a backpackers - beds are bunks! If you really need a bottom bunk then please contact the hostel as soon as you make your booking, quoting the reference, and we will try and ensure that you are allocated one if its available!
DOUBLE MIXED DORM (9 Bed)- Please note that some our mixed double dorms 9-BED is equipped with DOUBLE beds all with their own curtains and lights. Therefore each bed you buy in these dorm will sleep TWO PEOPLEThe other MIXED DORMS are SINGLE beds and bookings must be made per person.
Please note that TOWELS can be hired from reception. BED LINEN is included in the price of the booking. BRING A PADLOCK!
ACCESS TO THE ROOMS IS after 2pm BUT YOU MAY CHECK IN EARLIER AND STORE YOUR BAGS
CHECK OUT IS AT 11am
Late check out may incur a £10 charge at hostels discretion.

Balance payments made on arrival using a credit or debit card will incur a £1 surcharge.

Palmer's Lodge is your home away from home. The staff are friendly & helpful. Everything you need is in the one location (such as wifi internet, breakfast, bathrooms, bar etc).
There is always someone (another traveller) to chat to in the chill out room, kitchen/dining room or bar, so if you are traveling alone, you will never be lonely.
The privacy curtains surrounding the bed is fantastic & should be a mandatory requirement at any hostel! It's a hostel that I would stay in again.

We had booked a private appartment, so we were in Hampstead, no in the hostel.
Shower and basin in the room but wc share. Common kitchen.

Really nice place, with very friendly people at the reception and at the bar.
Good commodation for a very reasonable price.
Location is great, just next to jubilee line and 5 minutes from the center (Leicester Square) by Tube.

Overall, the Hostel is really good. It looks beautiful from outside and inside, the staf is always friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean (though a bit small), toilets and showers were almost always clean. The location is perfect, very close to both Swiss Cottage tube and Finchley Road. The only thing that could be improved is the number of sinks; there were only 3 sinks downstairs in the whole building. I would definetely come back here!
